The Foundation sets this interest rate to be higher than local 6-12 month Certificate of Deposit rates without imposing restrictions or fees.

INCOME fund

A largely diversified portfolio of domestic and international, U.S. government and corporate fixed income instruments to realize current income. Investments participate in recognized stock markets. Rates of return are affected by dividends and interest received, fees charged, and market value fluctuations.

Balanced fund

A broad mix of current income and domestic and international capital appreciation instruments to maximize long-term returns. Investments participate in recognized stock markets. Rates of return are affected by dividends and interest received, fees charged, and market value fluctuations.

EQUITY FUND

An expansive blend of U.S. and foreign stocks and REITs, as well as domestic limited partnership interests, equity index futures, and other private investments. Rates of return are affected by dividends and interest received, fees charged, and market value fluctuations.
